Criteria

Required for all apps.
Any use of Meta brands such as “Meta”, “Meta Quest”, or “Oculus” in app metadata must meet Brand Guidelines.

Steps to test

  • Examine the app’s metadata, specifically, the Description fields and art assets such as Cover Art, PDP Art, and Trailer.

Expected result

  • If Meta brands are used in any of the app’s metadata, it must meet Brand Guidelines.

  • 2022-09-29: “Meta” and “Meta Quest” added as examples that must meet brand guidelines.
