This topic provides an overview of the revenue analytics dashboard within the
Developer Dashboard. As a developer, the revenue analytics dashboard can be used to understand how your marketing efforts translate into revenue. For example, revenue analytics can help you find pain points that are causing users to request refunds.

The following images contain charts with fictional data for illustrative purposes.
The total revenue chart shows the net amount of money your app earned through app sales, add-on content sales, app refunds, and add-on content refunds. While this chart supports country filtering, it doesn’t break down the series by country. This means that there will not be multiple series to represent the total revenue of each country. Instead, only the country data selected in the selector will be displayed.
The app sales revenue chart shows the amount of money your app made through app sales. You can select the Copies Sold tab to see the paid entitlements of your app over time. Use copies sold to track new user growth during promo code campaigns and sales events. This chart supports country filtering and grouping by country.
The app entitlements chart shows the number of times the right to use your app has been granted. Entitlements come from copies sold, keys redeemed and release channels. Developer organizations may also grant entitlements to members. This chart supports country filtering and grouping by country.
Add-on content revenue chart
The add-on content revenue chart shows the amount of money your app made through add-on content sales. You can select the
Transactions tab to see the paid entitlements of add-on content of your app over time. This chart supports country filtering and grouping by country. Use the
Add-On Content dashboard to get a deeper understanding of add-on entitlements.
Add-on content revenue table
This table shows aggregated data broken down by add-on content item. While this table supports country filtering, the chart does not break down each row by country.
The refunds chart shows aggregated data broken down by app refunds and add-on content refunds. This chart supports country filtering and grouping by country.
App sales refunds by reason table
This table shows aggregated data of app sales refunds broken down by reason. While this table supports country filtering, the chart does not break down each row by country.
