Add, Remove, and Switch Between Multi-User Accounts

You can easily add, remove, log in to, and switch between multiple secondary accounts on your device, which is especially useful for using test user accounts. This feature currently has limitations and certain MQDH features may not be supported for secondary users.
This feature does not currently support:
  • Signing in with an account not linked to Facebook
  • Signing into accounts with 2-factor authentication

Add New User

To add a new user, do the following:
  1. From the Device Manager tab, click on the drop-down menu beneath the image of the Quest. It should be labeled with the name of the currently signed-in account.

  2. Select Add Account from the drop-down menu.
  3. Once MQDH connects to the Quest, log in with a test user email and password.
New users can also be added from the Device Settings modal:
  1. Click the gear icon to open the Device Settings modal.

  2. Click the Accounts tab.

  3. Click Add Account.
  4. Once MQDH connects to the Quest, log in with a test user email and password.

Delete a User

To delete a user, do the following:
  1. Click the gear icon to open the Device Settings modal.
  2. Click the Accounts tab.
  3. Click the garbage can icon next to the user’s name.

  4. Click the Remove button to remove the account.

Switching Accounts

To switch accounts, simply click on the drop-down menu beneath the image of the Quest and click the account you want to switch to.
To switch accounts, do the following:
  1. Click the gear icon to open the Device Settings modal.
  2. Click the Accounts tab.
  3. Click Sign in next to the user you’d like to sign in as.
