Saving spatial anchors fails intermittently on some Meta Quest 3 headsets with an error code AnchorResultCode::ERROR_PACKAGE_UNTRUSTED (-10035), causing an "RPC not allowed for saveSpacesV3" error from AnchorPersistenceRuntimeIpcServer. The issue is sporadic, affecting only certain devices, and is temporarily resolved by factory resetting the headset, but can recur after several days. The problem seems to stem from package trust validation failures for the same application across different device instances.
