The VrShell FBNS handler crashes every ~5 minutes on Quest 3 (Android 14 API 34, vrshell 205.0.0.286.540) due to a SecurityException in VrFbnsCallbackHandler when processing FBNS push notifications. The crash is caused by an implicit PendingIntent created for FBNS push notifications, which results in the VrShell process being killed and immersive VR apps being interrupted with synthetic NO_LONGER_IMMERSIVE events. The crash occurs when Wi-Fi is enabled and the account receives Horizon/social push notifications. Disabling notification categories or denying POST_NOTIFICATION permissions does not prevent the crash, but airplane mode stops FBNS delivery and prevents the issue.
