Investigation summary
When stopping Unity Editor Play mode while tethered via Meta Horizon Link with 'Passthrough over Meta Horizon Link' enabled, OVRServer_x64.exe crashes with a fail-fast exception (0xc0000409). The crash occurs in RuntimeIPCServiceClient_64.dll during OpenXR session disconnect. This issue is preceded by a hang in the Unity Editor and a black screen on the Quest 3 headset. After the editor recovers, the headset display freezes, and Meta Horizon Link crashes, triggering OVRServiceLauncher to restart OVRServer_x64.exe. The problem is reproducible with Meta Horizon Link 207.0.133.434, Quest 3, Windows 11, Unity 6.3, and Meta XR SDK. Disabling the passthrough setting resolves the issue, suggesting a potential regression introduced in recent Link or firmware updates related to Passthrough Camera API permissions.
