Signing up for a Meta account through the developer website gives you access to develop, test and publish your app on the Meta Horizon Platform. Here are some key things to know.

Your Meta account lets you log into your VR devices and view and manage your purchased apps in one place. It contains information such as entitlements, email, phone number, and payment information. This information is not public. You'll also use your Meta account to log into Meta Horizon developer surfaces to upload builds, add test users, view analytics, and more.
