Investigation summary

The avatar item search feature is not functioning properly, taking an extremely long time to load (up to 5 minutes) and often returning incomplete results. Specifically, searches by keyword are slow and may not return all items containing the keyword in their title, particularly older items created a long time ago. The issue persists across multiple search variations, including exact spelling and different capitalization. Additionally, the search results screen displays empty rows that continuously blink on and off. This issue is reproducible by opening the avatar item search, entering a keyword that exists in multiple item titles, and waiting for results. The problem is severe enough to make it nearly impossible for creators with large inventories (over 1,000 items) to locate items without a properly functioning search system. The issue has been occurring since last year and has been reported on a Windows 11 desktop with the latest app version (256.0.0.9.316).
