In the Desktop Editor on Windows 11 (10.0.26100) 64-bit, app version 261.0.0.5.299, release build, custom Metamon outfits assigned to NPCs are not displaying correctly. Specifically, an NPC character, Professor Meta, is appearing in incorrect attire, such as a dress, instead of the custom outfit configured by the world creator. The NPC outfit assignment system is failing to apply or retrieve the correct custom Metamon outfit configuration for world characters.
