Investigation summary
A periodic freeze or hitch occurs every 60 seconds on Meta Horizon OS when hand tracking is enabled. This sub-second freeze halts both audio and video updates and is reproducible in Meta Home with no apps running by actively moving both hands. The issue is more pronounced in hand-tracking applications than in the Home environment and can be detected in OVRMetrics FPS graph and adb logs.
