Accessing or using the unlockable software (“Software”) is subject to the Oculus Terms of Service or, if you use your Facebook account to access Oculus Products, the Supplemental Oculus Terms of Service and Facebook Terms of Service (the “Applicable TOS”). For clarity, Oculus Products (as described in the Applicable TOS) include the Software. We provide the Software to you for your personal and noncommercial use only on your personal Oculus Products. Installing the Software voids all warranties, express or implied, applicable to Oculus Products. In no event shall Facebook, its affiliates or any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents have responsibility or liability arising out of or relating to making the Software available to you.

Installing the Software may result in a loss of data, functionality or access to applications from your device and may make your device less secure. If you choose to install the software, please do so only to the extent necessary to access it in the unlocked state.

Do not disable any built-in Oculus health and safety warnings and features or modify the battery settings or reset the battery cycle count, as doing so may result in serious bodily injury or property damage. In addition, altering the battery settings or battery cycle count may create a risk of overheating Oculus Products. YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BY ACCESSING AND INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE YOUR USE OF OCULUS PRODUCTS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. YOU FURTHER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT FACEBOOK SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE WITH OTHER OCULUS PRODUCTS, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) DAMAGES RESULTING FROM OVERHEATING OR OTHER BATTERY ISSUES.
