BlockedUserList Class

Extends Oculus.Platform.Models.DeserializableList< BlockedUser >
Represents a paginated list of BlockedUser elements.

Instantiates a C# wrapper class that wraps a native list by pointer. Used internally by Platform SDK to wrap the list.
