Steps to test
Prerequisite:
  1. Check must be done on a PC that does not have a firewall exception for the title.
Test:
  1. Launch Oculus app on PC.
  2. Locate and download the title to be checked.
  3. Launch the title for the first time from Oculus Home in the headset.
Expected result
Title should launch free of any interrupts, such as Windows Firewall, Windows UAC, or Unity graphics mode dialog boxes.
