A ovrNetSyncConnectionHandle allows multiple clients to connect and communicate with each other in real-time. This is the payload from setting the properties of ovrNetSyncSessionHandle. You can retrieve the result session via ovr_NetSyncSetSessionPropertyResult_GetSession().
