ovr_User_GetLoggedInUserFriends Function

Retrieve a list of the logged in user's bidirectional followers. The payload type will be an array of ovrUserHandle

A message with type ovrMessage_User_GetLoggedInUserFriends will be generated in response.

First call ovr_Message_IsError() to check if an error occurred.

If no error occurred, the message will contain a payload of type ovrUserArrayHandle. Extract the payload from the message handle with ovr_Message_GetUserArray().
