ovrLaunchUnblockFlowResultHandle Typedef

It's used to unblock a user. Results of the launched unblock dialog including whether the user was successfully unblocked and whether the viewer canceled the unblock flow. It can be retrieved using ovr_User_LaunchUnblockFlow().
