Meta Haptics Studio is a desktop application and companion VR application. It allows you to design and audition haptic clips, which can be exported and played in your app via the Meta Haptics SDK.

  • Freeform Haptics: Design haptics from scratch independent of audio, using the Pen tool
  • Infinite Canvas: The editor provides an infinite canvas, allowing you to draw freely
  • Batch Analysis: Adjust the analysis parameters for multiple clips at once
  • Stereo Clip Splitting: Split a stereo audio file into two separate haptic clips
  • New Tool Bar: Easily access all editor tools from the Tool Bar
  • Pen tool: New vector-style pen tool to draw envelopes freely and quickly add breakpoints
  • Emphasis tool: Easily add and edit emphasis points to your design
  • Trim tool: Customize the length of a clip using the Trim tool
  • Connection Improvements: Connect your headset via wifi or USB cable for easy auditioning of haptic effects
  • Updated UI - The UI has been overhauled to match the look and feel of our other developer tools
