Account for a user’s flow through space. Make sure there is adequate and clear space for users to interact with, move around, and move between virtual content, especially for content that cannot be moved.
-
Design for a minimally viable environment. Determine the minimum space and surface requirements for your experience, and make sure you design your experience from the ground-up to work well with these constraints.

Include assistive interactions: Meta Quest allows developers to easily implement distance, voice, and gaze interactions which make it easier for users to interact with their experience. Consider adding a dictation button for the user to input text instead of having to type out everything. Gaze and dwell input enable hands-free navigation of meditation content, further enhancing the user experience. This allows users to focus on their meditation practice without unnecessary distractions.
