Short Links:
- Enables you to create a short link to drive promotion on off-platform channels.
- Directs users to the product detail page.
- Boosts visibility of your subscription across off-platform channels with your user community.

Introductory Pricing:
- Enables you to offer discounts on your subscriptions apps and entitlements.
- Introductory Offer discounts can be applied for a specified period to subscriptions.
- Gives you the opportunity to use special occasions to offer discounts to any new subscribers.

Subscriptions Promo Codes:
- Enables you to offer discounts on your subscriptions.
- You can choose to apply any % off discount for a specified duration to your subscription.
- You can distribute promo codes to cohorts and communities aligned with events, seasons, or content themed moments and sales.

Churn Deflection:
- Meta will aim to retain subscribers at risk of churning through an offer.
- This feature will remain in Beta-mode through the year as we experiment with optimal customer experience.
- You will be able to self-manage once it is out of beta mode.
We encourage you to leverage these new Subscription tools. These can be applied as standalones, or in combination to support your subscriptions monetization strategy and subscriptions marketing funnel.
What’s new in Subscription Analytics
We’ve increased analytics support across subscriptions. As a reminder, you can access subscriptions analytics within the Developer Dashboard under App Manager -> Analytics -> Subscriptions. These recent changes are currently in beta mode and we encourage you to share feedback via your Meta account manager.

- Churn rate (the percentage of subscriptions that expired in the last 28 days).
- Retention rate (the percentage of subscriptions that remained active in the last 28 days).
- Overall J- Curve (the percentage of subscriptions that remained subscribed after the indicated number of days after the subscription started).
- Cohort J-Curve (the percentage of subscriptions that remained subscribed after the indicated number of days after the subscription started, divided into weekly cohorts).
- Cancel Reasons (the reason that users selected when canceling their subscription).
Updates to existing metrics:
Additional updates include: the ability to filter by SKU and by subscription states. You will now see churn rate and retention rates in topline metrics for easy access.
